Job Description: Automotive Service Advisor
Reports to: Service Manager
Job Classification:Â Full Time
Work Schedule:Â Dealership Hours are 8 am-5:00 pm- Monday-Friday
Compensation:Â $45,000 to $75,000 annually, compensation has the potential to increase with commission scale.
Responsibilities:
· Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
· Recommend needed vehicle repairs and maintenance
· Assist guests through the vehicle servicing experience
· Work closely with technicians & parts department to calculate and quote pricing
· Accurately gather information for customer complaints for technicians
· Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
· Work with 3rd party service contracts to determine coverage for repairs
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with technicians, parts department, sales staff, office staff, body shop, and managers
· Other duties as assigned
